Though the season has finished the team meets at least three times a week to condition in preparation for the World Cup in April.

The game never ends
The Mizzou quidditch team works hard during practices to prepare for its season. Training in the off-season keeps the team in shape and ready for the World Cup competitions in April and also provides quality team bonding. According to numerous team players, having a team that works well together has been a key component to their success this past season. The team practices inside the Mizzou Recreational Center as well as Stankowski Field, which are both located on the University of Missouri campus in Columbia, Mo.
